Hi @Jenv, like iserbrown says inner and outer circle. You never know maybe there will be some interchange of positions from one to the other with your brother in law. If not it can be disappointing and hurtful but you're better off doing your cull and keeping the positive peeps around. Big hug cause it's certainly not easy. Xx Cath
