@Romla as Primek said above sounds very much like plantar fasciitis. I have been struggling with it now for a few months and one thing I find helps a lot is rolling a frozen bottle of water for a minute and then use a heat pack for a minute and repeat for a good 15-20 minutes. I have to do stretches before I can get out of bed or after sitting for some time otherwise I can’t weight bear at all. Birkenstock are my next stop as I have heard they are excellent. Julie
