I was also going to say Zofran. You can get it to dissolve as a lozenge or as a tablet form. I am not well at the moment and have bad nausea in the mornings. I took one as soon as I got out of bed this morning and it made such a difference and I have been prescribed to take them twice a day.
I would still take the meds they suggest prior to actually having your chemo (the night and day before) and use the Zofran as a backup. They worked for me. They are not cheap but they are worth it. Check with your medical team if you need to as well.
I originally got prescribed them when I was on my chemo and had a High Tea at the Duxton for my daughter and then the wedding back in March/April. They were my major backup plan.
