Hi Erin, I hear you and I feel for you. Everytime I had chemo I said to myself I can't do this but I did and I know you too will get through it. Making sure you take the tablet for Nausea (in my case it was Pramin) the right amount of times per day rather than taking it when you feel lousy worked for me. Also I took to snacking every 2hrs; just on a bikkie or fruit or whatever I felt like 'cos I seemed to feel better with a tummy with food in it rather than an empty tummy. Also, make sure you are drinking the 2litres of water/liquid they advise us to drink. I did eat the ginger biscuits and drank the ginger beer, not sure if it worked or not. As the days go on it really does get better so hang in there. Hope I was able to help in some small way. Ann
