I am not that much further on the journey but have done my AC and I’m into the Paclitaxel.
Like others recommend, I’ve found ginger is the answer. I’m eating so much ginger I think I might be ginger.😂 however I have found it has completely kept the nausea at bay. I probably drink around 1.5 litres of ginger tea a day, along with some sort of “ginger sweet” is eaten everyday (gingerbread or ginger-bread, ginger pudding, ginger crumble, I’ve found a way to add ginger to lots of things).
My other one is peppermint. If I’m not ginger tea in peppermint, and adding mint to salads, veggies, burying it in lots of places.
