Thanks @arpie, arm feeling a lot better, not jumping when something touches it.
I used cold cap on first chemo, 1st July, had tender scalp last few days. Woke to whole scalp pain at 4am or so, now I’m draped in falling hair. No hairdressers open. It’s past awful.
