First AC treatment day 1
I have just had my first AC treatment today. I'm feeling ok at the moment but I guess I feel bit tired now its 6.30pm was out of clinic at 1.30pm. I feel a bit gassy though in my stomach dont feel sic...

Congratulations on starting treatment. Its always a relief when you get started I think!
I found AC doable and these are the things that helped: exercise, I walked for 40 minutes every day, I think it helps with side effects, take something preemptively for constipation (I used coloxyl with senna) and there is some anecdotal evidence on overseas forums that claratyne tablets (simple hayfever pills) can help you avoid bone pain related to the neulasta injection. Take them daily from about day 2-5.
