Thank you @Brenda5 I have bought some ginger ale and will give it a go.. I took no nausea medication yesterday but struggled to eat much.. had a crystallised ginger in mu hand for 2 hours trying to eat some, but that was also a struggle. Caved in this morning and took a nausea pill š¤š¼
