Feel like I have hit the wall at week 10 taxol

Hi all,  I have been on chemo since Dec 30, 2017, did the four rounds of AC, which was awful, started taxol and have had a reasonably good run with it , worked etc,  but yesterday I seemed to hit the...

you have done amazingly to get this far before hitting the wall.....
I was a train wreck on AC and then it went down hill from there. 
Breathe and know this will pass but it does accumulate in our bodies....
