Expander Update 2
Thought I would do an update. I know I go looking for other posts from people doing the expander then silicon implant process so it may be helpful to others.

First fill is not until 26 august. My surgeon doesnt seem in a hurry. My skin has been very tender so i'm happy to wait. I did try to put it off until i get back from france in september but my plastic surgeon joked that i will need boobs for paris.
To be honest I really like just the small bumps after being concave on one side for 13 months and a large droopy on the other.
Just paracetomol for the fills sounds great as i'm not keen on any more pain.
