Dry Scalp

I never suffered dry skin. I think because at the end of every shower (even enforce chemo) I scrub down with baby oil (except the face). When I had no hair I rubbed it into my head too. It might sound strange and greasy, but when you dry off your skin feels so supple and moisturised. I never need to use body creams. If its like cradle cap, maybe look in the baby aisle at the shops. I used good old sorbolene all over. It's cheap, not oily, and absorbs quickly.

I didn't have any problems with dry scalp but I do know from other posts that some ladies used bio oil on their scalp as well as their scars.

I have always washed my scalp and my hair (still do) with baby shampoo. I am thinking about graduating back to normal shampoo soon. :-)

Use the search button above and put in dry scalp etc. or go back a few pages of posts and quickly skim thru them because I am sure there was something on it not long ago.
