I have been advised to change from Paclitaxel to Docetaxel because of peripheral neuropathy with the first. My oncologist has warned me about aches and pains and tiredness, but he also said that the hair loss can sometimes be permanent with Docetaxel or can come back only patchy. Has anyone else had an issue with their hair coming back or not after Docetaxel?
