Constipation
Hey lovelies So im in pain with constipation. Have been eating not so much, lots of water and cereal daily but arrrrgh. What helps you go and relieve this nasty pain? Tia TRIKKI2 xx

Are you aware Movicol dose is to be gradually increased until bowel movement is established ? Always drink a lot of water with any product to relieve constipation.
