Constipation
Hey lovelies So im in pain with constipation. Have been eating not so much, lots of water and cereal daily but arrrrgh. What helps you go and relieve this nasty pain? Tia TRIKKI2 xx

I have taken coloxyl and is fine as a stool softener to avoid tears and haemorrhoids but not with senna. I used to take senokot years ago as a purgative but not gentle like Movicol .They use it in nursing homes aspatients tend to be immobile and eat foods that lack fibre.
But that said I don’t know the origin/ extent of your problem so best go with medical advice.
