Constipation
Hey lovelies So im in pain with constipation. Have been eating not so much, lots of water and cereal daily but arrrrgh. What helps you go and relieve this nasty pain? Tia TRIKKI2 xx

The coloxyl is fine but I've never taken it with Movicol.
