Constipation
Hey lovelies So im in pain with constipation. Have been eating not so much, lots of water and cereal daily but arrrrgh. What helps you go and relieve this nasty pain? Tia TRIKKI2 xx

Available over the counter in the pharmacy. My GP put me onto it. Great because you control the dose (it's a powder). I'm back on it every day now because of the AI drying me up... I prefer it to Movicol because it has much less flavour. It's almost neutral. And it's working. K xox
