Constipation
Hey lovelies So im in pain with constipation. Have been eating not so much, lots of water and cereal daily but arrrrgh. What helps you go and relieve this nasty pain? Tia TRIKKI2 xx

Just be aware @Trikki2 You might be constipated this treatment and have diarrhoea the next. Or you might be blessed with both in the same treatment!
