Constipation
Hey lovelies So im in pain with constipation. Have been eating not so much, lots of water and cereal daily but arrrrgh. What helps you go and relieve this nasty pain? Tia TRIKKI2 xx

Hi there @Trikki2. Constipation is shit isn’t it (pardon the pun)!! The week of chemo I took coloxyl and senna x 2 tablets every night and would shit like a trooper the next morning. The second week I’d just need to take the one. Movivol works a treat too if you can tolerate it. You can take a couple sachets no worries but I couldn’t drink it even the flavourless stuff made me gag. Don’t let it get too bad and see your dr ASAP if you don’t get any relief from either of them ok. Margie xx
