Constipation!!
Hello, I am asking anyone how they have managed constipation. I have always had a very slow moving digestive system, probably agravated by an underactive thyroid but I thought the chances of me having...
@kellee thanks. I actually managed to get something happening naturally. It was just a bit uncomfortable. No pain though.
I am going to send my partner up to the chemist and get some movical. My second round is on 31st October. I hope you haven't had too many side effects. I have had mild nausea occasionally but apart from that going fairly well. Just the bowel thing and I have been drinking lots of water although now it tastes terrible . I added a little cordial but even that is yuk. Red icypoles work a treat if you feel sick. Settled my stomach immediately. Keep some on hand 😄
