Constipation and how to deal with it

I found having prunes for dessert the evening of chemo . Coloxyl and senna at night . Prunes with my breakfast cereal the next morning., worked well this week after chemo. Sometimes I need to take Movicol but it does make me feel a bit nauseated. Also I found having a stir fry with lots of veggies ,works at times.
