Hi Ro.10 I have had dizzy turns in the past. They say feeling a bit anxious can bring it on. My G.P ordered a brain scan first just to be on the safe side,which was clear and then treated me for positional vertigo. The treatment being some exercise which are quite easy .The exercises are called Brandt-Daroff exercises. You can google them. They worked for me but it is always a good idea to check with your G.P first. Hope this may help
