I took stemitil for the nausea as allergic to maxalon and that helped inadvertently helped. It was like motion sickness...even found looking at screens difficult. The stemitil did help...and its commonly prescribed for tinnitus...which causes similar symptoms. Worth a try. A GP can order it for you if a while before next oncology appt.
