I haven't had reconstruction so I can't really help with that. Is the shivering actually because you're feeling cold? If it's seems unrelated to temperature, you probably should ring the doctor as it can be related to infection. Or is it to do with the hot flushes - body changing temp drastically? Probably wouldn't be a bad idea to ring the doctor's rooms and report it. It certainly can't hurt.
