Chemo Brain at the Summit
Ha girls,
I was telling my friend about the forthcoming Summit and the terrific topics offered for the break out sessions.
In mid sentence I "lost the track"and went blank.
Do you think I could think of what on earth we were discussing??
Then after several seconds, like a bolt of lightening, it came back to me and I managed to pick up from where I had left off, but only after hysterical laughter from us both!
It was hard to choose, but I did choose the Chemo Brain one for obvious reasons!!

I loved all the stories presented in this session, and now can identify that my problem is memory retrieval. Frustrating as it is, at least I am able to be labelled and thus deal with it as best I can.

Yes I remember you now, it was just that your name wasn't on the list sent from BCNA. No longer a mystery woman haha.

and trying not to over pack or under pack or over think it all! A few sleeps until we all get together to absorb all the great things BCNA offers. See you all soon! Mandy
- adeanMemberI've packed already as I'm sure to forget something, husband is getting jealous and family saying how long will you be gone. Just came from shopping for a few little bits and pieces, actually went to by new undies, and guess what forgot to buy them. Ha ha So looking forward to this therapeutic trip, will make sure I find all you booby bloggers ( my daughters name for all of us)

Hey there adean and Mich, I certainly will try and find you, or you may find me first, (if we remember), I am quite a tall lady with grey hair so you may see me before I see you. Looking forward to being with everyone. Cheers and safe travelling to Sydney. Susie Q

Hi Mandy, I am from Burnie, a friend of Anne Cameron. I have been to one meeting with her and also attended the Conference, which was fantastic and a credit to you all. Looking forward to meeting everyone.
Cheers, happy flying
Sue.
