I think it was a very helpful thing for you to share your story through Bupa. It is one of the most realistic accounts I have ever read of what happens in this 'journey'. When I was first diagnosed I read as much as I could about what to expect but many stories I found were brief summaries leaving out much of the detail that I so needed to hear.
I really identified with the bit about now appreciating a lot of the everyday things that we miss as we 'trample' through life. So true.
