Brilliant article from Lymphoedema Action Alliance Group
A brilliant article about the not always talked about dreaded lymphedema and the importance of finding a good lymphedema therapist. This really resonated with me as I am suffering a recent flare-up after my lymphedema being under control for so long.

- I hear you as well Lyn, my recent flare up really effected me. Felt like I was back where I started after so long. I sm back into daily 20min massages and wearing my garment and glove all the time (which I hate) However I must learn to love it again!!
Paula xxx - Totally hear you Lyn. When I was diagnosed with lymphedema it felt like the last straw. I have learnt how to manage it over the past couple of years (mostly) but it continues to be one of those issues that I struggle with on a daily basis too. Jane
- Thanks for sharing this Paula. I continueto struggle emotionally, although my measurements have stabilised at present, whilst I wear my sleeve and glove all day every day. Ijust get so sick of it all.
