As @primek said, use a very light touch. A masseur told me the lymph nodes need to be gently drained - making sure the lower end of the catchment is ''emptied'' first. Ask your BC nurse where the fluid needs to go and follow that. The touch should be so light it feels like a butterfly coming and going, no heavy movements. You will get relief. Anne
