Hi @josephine66 I had a very similar thing happen to me after TC chemo last year. I also had the miseries in my thigh and back muscles. I think there is only so much poison we can take, that's why they set the limits where they are. Plod on, things will get better--exercise is the key, even if it is the last thing you want to do. If you have access to a pool, get in there and use a kick board to help free your joints up. It's possible you will feel exactly the same a couple of hours later, but it will give you some temporary relief and help keep your fitness up while you heal. Mxx
