Bloating/Fluid retention
Has anyone tried any peppermint or de-gas products for bloating. Just feel like I’m starting to have problems with this 8 months in.

@Sister this is something newish for me 8 months in. This may be in the realm of TMI but I have always been a regular once a day girl. Now I’m not going properly every day and feel like I’m doing about a 1/4 of what I should be :(
