Bloating/Fluid retention
Has anyone tried any peppermint or de-gas products for bloating. Just feel like I’m starting to have problems with this 8 months in.

I’ve been on tamoxifen 2 years and am about 4-5kg heavier,wonder what I will be by the 10 years mark😂and generally I’m doing the same as laid before tamoxifen.
