Bloating/Fluid retention
Has anyone tried any peppermint or de-gas products for bloating. Just feel like I’m starting to have problems with this 8 months in.

My gp suggest a magnesium tablet for constipation and that has worked well,I take tamoxifen and I must be holding water?i can stack on extra 3 kg depending on time of month and nothing helps,I feel bloated and heavy.think I need a diaretic but not sure what will work or I’m allowed to take?
