@arpie, that is exactly what happens to me. When I need to wee it is immediately or I pee myself. My oncologist told me what happens is our urethra dries out in menopause and is a lot shorter then mens. It irritates the bladder. What annoys me most is I like to go walking for exercise but don't get far before needing to wee. A shortage of toilets along the way is a problem lol. My oncologist put me on ditropan to take three times a day. It helps relax the bladder but it makes me so tired and shocking dry mouth. I cut them down to one at night which isn't really working great. They also help with hot flushes which is good as I wasn't having any and now they are back. You win one way but lose another.
