I found a 2011 study (2500 women over 1990 - 2010) and the results were summarised as follows:
Mild to moderate urinary symptoms are common in breast cancer survivors and some women report severe symptoms. Symptoms appear to adversely affect women’s quality of life. There is a need for additional research assessing the natural history of urinary symptoms using consensus definitions and validated measures in diverse populations.
The study indicated that 58% of women participating had some degree of urinary problems, bladder control being common and most had mild to moderate symptoms.
May be more out there that’s more recent (American study) but it’s not all in your head!
