@SuzyS - have you seen a specialist lymphoma person yet? I was set up with one shortly after my surgery & was suggested that some VERY gentle massage may also help? I was lucky & it didn't last too long - but the nerves do take some while to get over the trauma xx. Good luck
You can get some chinese 'stick on' warmers (they have similar to Tiger Balm built into them) ... they could help at night?
