Hi @BoraBora - Ive been on Tamoxifen for about 14 months and have been fine: some tiredness, occasional fuzzy head and hot flushes...but everything manageable. I'm staying on it for at least another 12 months until I see my oncologist again. But of course, everyone is different and I was warned by my onc that AI can cause aching joints so I'm happy to avoid same. I just have to keep an eye on any changes in the uterus - I do this by an annual pelvic ultrasound. Nx
