Hopes and Dreams, you know I think the other factor seemed to be warmer climate. I live in Melbourne so it seems to make things worse in terms of pain. I didnt have pain when I was away, and now its back again. My magnesium is in powder form and I drink it lol. My kinesiologist told me the importance of it above everything else. xMelinda
