I'm now 9 months on Arimidex and I just got back from the Cook Islands, my first holiday in years. I forgot to take Arimidex a bit. Interesting to me I noticed a dramatic difference, I'm in severe pain all the time and wasn't sure if it was chemo related. Now I know Arimidex Uuuugh. I have bad bone density but been taking vit D 9 months as well. Vit C is important for absorption, but the clincher is actually Magnesium more than all of them.
