Chemo nine days ago: awake with dex, asleep with chemo, yada yada yada. Turned the corner and could go without a nap, feeling normal, yeah. BUT cant sleep at night, feel like I'm wired. Not anxious, ...

I usually have 4hrs of good sleep and then 3 hrs of rubbish or no sleep. Surprisingly,I function ok on that.But if I get fed up I take an over the counter sleeper called Restavit.This might only happen every few months or so.
