I'm an insomniac now, diagnosed as a 'mother bear' , one eye and one ear open all night long! When I take a Temazepam, I find myself looking forward to at least 4-5 hours of deep sleep and I then fall asleep more quickly.Mind over matter perhaps but I feel so much better the next day. I take a couple a month so am not worried about dependence either. I had to take the same pill recently during a daytime procedure and it only made me heady , I figure I had too much adrenaline pumping for it to take effect!
