@stemi your Lantana jungle sounds like my 'redneck rehab' program. Get out there and cut something up. Weight bearing exercise? OK, watch this! If you are going to be in pain, you may as well have something to show for it.
I had no problems with Tamoxifen years ago. I've just started the dreaded Letrazole which, as I've got a bad case of taxol induced myalgia, is not something I'm looking forward to. Sigh.
