Any ideas ?? ... Tamoxifen drives me crazy
Hello lovely ladies ! I'm on Tamoxifen for 7 month now. In the beginning everything, except of the hot flushes, was ok. Now my body starts to ache on every 'corner' ... shoulders, fingers, feet, hi...
@stemi can you fit in the gentle exercise class on Wednesday mornings with Erin? I've found it to be quite good as it's not a high intensity class but still works the whole body and Erin will modify some of the exercises to suit if you are finding them difficult. It's mainly oldies in the class and I am by far the youngest! ;)
