Hello lovely ladies ! I'm on Tamoxifen for 7 month now. In the beginning everything, except of the hot flushes, was ok. Now my body starts to ache on every 'corner' ... shoulders, fingers, feet, hi...

I had been getting joint pain, leg cramps, etc and was putting it down to Tamoxifen. Like Iserbrown I have started back again on Magnesium (used to take it) and have been exercising weekdays (been lazy on weekends :D) and have found that my knees are not as sore and less cramps. Whether it's due to the magnesium or the exercise I don't know but it's good and I'll stick with it because of the change. Am also eating a lot healthier too, although still have my special Friday night treat. Hope you can get rid of the aches, they're the pits!! Xx
