Any experience with Docetaxel?

I'm going for my first Docetaxel today after 3xfec. Feeling quite nervous and afraid as I had hardly any side effects from the FEC ither than weight gain, Hair loss, fatigue and feeling "toxic" and stomach discomfort. Oh and the worst mood swings I've ever known. I have also had the nelasta injection after every round and I believe that has helped tremendously. I'm surprised its not given to everyone!
Anyway I hope you ladies are hanging in there, I have my brave girl panties on tight today! xx
