That is a really weird coincidence, @jennyss ... I've been on Anastrozole for just over 3 years (and been doing quite well on it normally compared to Letrozole and Exemestane) & this week, I was almost crippled by incredible pain behind the left knee over a period of days ...... I was limping all over the place! I ended up using Percutane (like Deep Heat) on it, as well as Voltaren tabs (with food) and used a knee support - and finally it has 'come good' ....
Definitely worth getting the bone density etc checked
