Anastrozole side effects 4 years later?

I've also been taking Alendronate 'anti-osteoporosis' medication once a week, as a bone density test done after radiation showed I was developing osteopenia, 'borderline' osteoporosis. Another bone density test done two years ago showed a borderline improvement - that was good.
