ALA for PN (Peripheral Neuropathy)
Just thought I would share the success I've had with Alpha Lipoec Acid for my peripheral neuropathy.
It's an antioxidant support, I've been taking 1 tablet with breakfast and dinner, 400mg (says you can up to 3 a day) suggested by my Med Onc and it has really helped!
I hope others may have success with it too xx

- RomlaMemberThanks @Giovanna_BCNA I think this might be helpful for quite a few on the blog.
- Giovanna_BCNAMemberHello @JoeyLiz. @Romla
I have added Peripheral Neuropathy to the title of this thread - JoeyLizMemberA naturalist/herbalist shop (I don't know there proper names)? Or online
- Janny54MemberWhere would you get it @JoeyLiz. My feet are bad. Specialy in the cold weather.
Jan xxx - RomlaMember@JoeyLiz could you reissue this under a new heading eg Peripheral neuropathy as this is an important issue for many on here and they may have missed it. I read your post mainly out of curiosity as I did not know what the heading was about. Have since then read a lot of exciting positives about alpha linoic acid on the MSKCC site/ Herb app as well as googling it. Thankyou for drawing it to my attention just think many more people on here might need to be too.
- SisterMemberThanks! I'll mention it to the onc on Thursday!
