Hi all, I just googled it too out of interest . So far, 1 year and a bit post chemo, haven't experienced any PN. I take ground flaxseed nearly everyday and walnuts every other day. Notable ingredient in both? ALA! Also found in chia and hemp seeds amongst other foods. Here's a list :
