I was also post menopause, early menopause in my mid thirties, and diagnosed with triple positive breast cancer at age 58. Estrogen is produced mainly in the ovaries, but also in smaller amounts in the adrenal glands and also in fat tissue. Men have estrogen too...in smaller amounts than women, and they don't have ovaries or go through menopause. Unfortunately the estrogen produced post menopausal in women would still provide a feast for any hungry cancer cells lurking about, and it seems from what you say, your cancer is no longer confined to your breast, so my guess is yes, you most probably will.
