Hi @Not_good_63_57
I was diagnosed at 67, so way past menopause and had surgery, chemo, herceptin and, so far, eight years of an AI (Letrozole). As @Cathyw says, it all depends on the particulars of your own case. The best advice I can give is to have someone with you for appointments to help you keep track; ask for information on treatment and therapies in writing so you can read them at a later time or when you have queries; it’s worth trying a recommended medication to see how you react rather than assuming you will have the same reaction as someone else - side effects vary wildly, with little apparent reason; and, if at all possible (it’s hard!) don’t worry about things that haven’t happened yet - they may never happen! Best wishes, it will all become clearer in time.
