after breastcancer
I am over 12 months clear of breast cancer and I am on tamoxifen and I have a lot of tingling and numbness in my hands and feet also pins and needles and little shocks
Does anyone else have these...
Magnesium eased mine when I was on tamoxifen , I'm now on a different medication but have continued to take it recently I didn't take it and within 2 weeks everything returned it's taken weeks for it to go away again. This may help but it takes a while to kick in and you may have to vary the dose. Hope it works for you. Adean
